Pop singer Britney Spears has been working out really well during all those days while preparing for her upcoming Tour. New pictures posted on her website show Ms. Spears with a toned up body and a new-found hot figure. She showed off her body in a skimpy bikini while practicing for some dance moves.

The singer successfully shed 20 pounds in recent months, bringing her famous waistline back to what it was in her early days when she first broke out onto the scene.

This was all part of a two-hour cardio-and-strength-training session three times a week (in addition to dance rehearsals), Us Weekly recently reported.

Her new album Circus has been topping the charts for weeks now. She’ll be embarking on her world tour The Circus: Starring Britney Spears, in a few weeks. She has been practicing with choreographer Jamie King, who had directed her 2000 tour also. It’s Britney’s first arena tour in five years.

The tour kicks off in New Orleans on March 3rd with a guest performance by The Pussycat Dolls.
