Though she’s an author, fitness expert and most importantly a devoted wife and mother, but Jennifer Nicole Lee is most importantly a motivation for millions of people who want to loose weight.
Jennifer Nicole Lee is the new beauty icon for women of the future, someone with a career, children and yet is so fit and sexy that she can bring any celeb to shame in front of the mirror.
Crowned Ms. Bikini in 2004, this overweight mother of two shed 70 lbs. and is now one of the most sought-after fitness models around.
“Much like Rome, my body wasn’t built in a day, but I stayed focused and it eventually just happened.”
She’s got her own swimsuit calendars, workout DVDs, magazine covers, a swimsuit line, endorsement deals, and a book. Her success story has been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, The CBS Early Morning Show, Fox & Friends, Inside Edition and The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch.
After giving birth to two beautiful boys, Jaden, 6, and Dylan, 4, the 5’8″ Jennifer tipped the scales at 189 lbs. It was that time when she turned fitness models into role models, and turned to various diet and exercise experts for advice. She sculpted her body from overweight to overwhelmingly beautiful, losing a shocking 70 pounds and winning the bikini competition in 2004.
“I couldn’t do it alone, but that’s okay,” she says. “There are plenty of people out there willing to help, and it’s important to remember that.”
Jennifer can inspire anyone… if you are a mother to be you can learn how to shed that unwanted pregnancy fat after giving birth. If you are a woman with no interest in adding life to the world you can just learn how to stay fit and fantastic. Jennifer Nicole Lee’s mission is “to help increase the quality of everyone’s life.”
